NeST Gung-Ho 5K Inflatable Obstacle Course

Megan and Issy, two of our students in Year 5, will be taking on the Gung-Ho 5K inflatable obstacle course in Norwich, in September, to raise money to help fund research into the rare kidney disease that Megan has. Megan is diagnosed with FSGS which causes nephrotic syndrome, a serious condition in which the immune system attacks the kidneys. Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) affects approx 10,000 people in the UK, the majority are children, with no known cause or cure. The current treatment is non-specific and highly toxic, with many potentially life-threatening complications. NeST funds Bristol Children's Hospital in researching NS to find a cure. Any donations would be gratefully received, the Just Giving page is:

Good luck, girls! We'll expect pictures from the event.
